Concept
Grungy
The design direction was to create a grungy, high-energy animation that captures the fierce spirit of the Florida Gators. Bold typography channels the primal strength of the alligator, while the team’s electric orange and deep blue are amplified to feel more visceral and commanding on screen.

It was fun animating him to take a big bite and blink,
using the Puppet Tool along with some frame by frame animation.
MatchUp
By using Templater, we created an After Effects template that allows us to easily swap the opponent team’s logo and name, as well as adjust the colors of micro animations to match the opponent team’s primary color.
Score Prompts
By rigging certain text layers, we created an After Effects template that lets us generate four different score prompts by typing the text just once.
